“Clinton, the 36-million-dollar candidate”
*With yesterday’s first quarter fund-raising deadline complete, results are beginning to surface as to each individual candidate’s results. Overall, this Presidential race may become the first ”billion-dollar election.”
*Today Clinton unveiled her $26M first quarter total; a number which blows all previous first quarter fund-raising marks out of the water. Moreover the report states that 80% of this total came from donations of $100 or less, which could indicate a broad support for the Clinton campaign.
*Obama has yet to announce his totals – where will he place and what do these extremely high first quarter returns mean for the campaign?
